You can order through our product catalogue that aligns you to contact us by WhatsApp.

1. Browse our collection (bouquet, basket, bloombox, vase, standing flowers).

2. Select your product and customize your preferences (color, size, message card).

3. Send your order via WhatsApp with your full name, delivery address, contact number, and delivery date/time (at least 3 days before)

4. We’ll confirm the details and send an invoice.

5. Complete payment (bank transfer).

6. We’ll craft your arrangement and deliver it on your chosen date.

7. We’ll also share a photo of your finished bouquet or arrangement if you request it before delivery, so you see the beauty before it arrives.

2. What payment methods Dear Florist accept?

We accept secure bank transfers, payment instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed. You can also ask for an invoice via WhatsApp. Once payment is received, your order goes into production.

3. Do Dear Florist offer custom floral arrangements?

Yes! Our Custom Floral Arrangement service lets you tailor every detail. Just tell us your vision (event type or recipient), preferred blooms, and budget, and we’ll design something uniquely yours. Custom orders may include moodboard suggestions and photos before final creation to make sure it’s exactly what you imagine.

4. What delivery or shipping methods do you use?

For deliveries within the Bandung area, we use trusted on-demand services such as GoSend and GoCar to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, safe, and on time.

For orders outside Bandung, we ship selected products using Paxel, depending on product type and flower durability. Our team will always advise the best delivery option for your order to maintain quality upon arrival.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and service, and will be confirmed before payment.
